  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in diesel, trailer, or refrigeration maintenance (DOT annual inspections air brakes required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must own a toolbox and possess required tools
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
  • ️ What You’ll Do As a Diesel Technician, Trailer Technician, or Reefer Technician, your role will involve a variety of important tasks, including: Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
  • Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
  • Diagnosing electrical systems ABS brake system repairs
  • Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
  • Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
  • Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles
  • Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools
  • Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed
