Job Detail
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to identify problems and execute repairs.
- Service and repair various components such as brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency within the shop environment.
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar/ Detroit/ Cummins/Volvo/ International engines is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
