Job summary we are seeking a dedicated and skilled vibratory plow/trench operator to join our team.
Salary Detail
$30 – $36 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate plow/trench equipment in an efficient manner.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding equipment status and site conditions.
- Utilize hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments on-site.
- Trench with Excavators
- Manage underground trench crew
- Welding experience is beneficial
- Requirements
- Proven experience in plow/trench operations or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions, including weekends as necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
- CDL is required!
