Job Brief
Job summary we are seeking a dedicated lead construction laborer/equipment operator to join our team.
Salary Detail
$20 – $35 an hour

Job Detail
- Excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations for underground utilities and layout and coordinate with diggers hotline and utilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on-site
- This role has a strong emphasis on running heavy equipment and concrete work such as pads and light pole bases
- Support other trade workers by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks as directed
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote efficiency and safety
- Assist in the installation of pipes, cables, and other underground components
- As-builds
- Winter duties include shop maintenance, equipment maintenance, snow removal of properties, pre-fabrication of pole bases and electrical components
- Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in construction
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills related to underground construction techniques
- Valid driver’s license for transportation to job sites
- CDL or willing to obtain CDL
- Understand Blueprints and layout work
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing projects efficiently
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20 – $35 per hour
- Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
