Job Brief
Job overviewwe are seeking dedicated and skilled loader/skidsteer operators with snow removal experience to join our team servicing commercial properties this winter season.
Salary Detail
$35 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
- Check in and out of sites with dispatchers who verify work and photos.
- Use company apps to document completed services with quality photos (smart device required).
- Operate loaders/skidsteers to strategically push snow to designated areas, and when requested to assist in dumping snow into dump trucks or salt into snow plow truck salt spreaders.
- Assist with shoveling when needed.
- Perform pre- and post-event inspections of loader/skidsteer, push box, and salt spreader.
- Ensure GPS and camera systems are functional.
- Collaborate with shovelers and loader operators to respond to snow events efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized loader/skidsteer. and no smoking in company assets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all safety protocols: no drugs or alcohol, high-visibility PPE required.
- Be available for snow and ice events, which can include but not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays. We work when it snows.
- Experience:
- Proven snow removal experience with references.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance (bucket + push box mounting/dismounting, hydraulic hoses, checking fluids, tires, etc.).
- Ability to operate loader/skidsteer controls confidently.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 2 years.
- DOT Medical Card (easy to obtain. approx. $150).
- Ability to work long or irregular hours during snow events.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, safety-focused attitude.
- Use of company apps to log hours, photos, and reports.
