Job Brief
Lake valley seed is hiring a warehouse machine operator for our seed packet production line.

Job Detail
- Operate, adjust, and clean the seed packet-packing machine (training provided)
- Pick and pull customer orders
- Restock inventory and verify counts
- Box, label, and palletize completed orders
- Follow writ10production procedures
- Operate a forklift (certification provided)
- Support seasonal and cyclical warehouse tasks
- Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse experience, such as picking, pulling, inventory, or packaging
- Experience with light production or packaging machinery, including:
- Filling, labeling, sealing, kitting, or packing machines
- Small assembly or light manufacturing equipment
- Bottling, sorting, or mailroom production equipment
- Stable work history with at least 1prior job lasting 1+ year
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to read and follow writ10instructions in English
- Basic computer skills
- Not a Match If Your Background Is:
- Heavy equipment operation (dozers, loaders, cranes, excavators)
- CDL/transportation only
- Construction/trades without warehouse experience
- Large industrial CNC-only roles
- Retail, food service, or caregiving without warehouse experience
- Candidates with no mechanical aptitude
- This is light-production warehouse work, not heavy machinery or industrial trades.
