Job Detail
- Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm (2nd shift) $19.50/hr PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus
- Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:30am (3rd shift) $19.50/hr PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus
- Responsibilities
- As a General Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator, you will: Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Use technology like RF and Voice devices to pick, sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
- Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
- Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Regular and Reliable Attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications 0-3 years Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:
- $15 – $22.61 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
