Job Detail
- Operate haul trucks to safely transport raw materials within the plant or quarry.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor material loads to ensure proper placement and volume.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.
- Support plant operations by assisting with general labor tasks as needed.
- What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions.
- Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
