  • Maintain and respectfully care for company assets.

  • Operate various tools and equipment while learning how to use them appropriately.
  • Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work on site.
  • Ability to manage lawn maintenance properties to a high level
  • Manage enhancements and small installs Do I Have What It Takes? Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape maintenance practices.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented.
  • Must be professional in appearance and actions.
