- Surveying, Kubota operation, lift operation, landscaping (not mowing) or carpentry experience, irrigation experience with multiple clocks and pumps is a plus.
- This is an outside job about 90% of the time.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years’ experience preferred in the use of: common hand tools and equipment such as required in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry and painting, and related small construction trades. Ability and experience in operating heavy equipment such as tractors and backhoes and related accessories desired. Ability to do manual labor required. On job training considered.
- EDUCATION:Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent and a valid driver’s license with clear driving record.
- Hiring decision contingent upon applicant clearing a background check and receiving an acceptable driver’s rating.
