Overview we are seeking a dedicated lawn care crew member to join our landscaping team.
Salary Detail
$20 – $30 an hour

Job Detail
- Mowing lawns using power tools and hand tools to ensure even and attractive grass coverage
- Trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain landscape aesthetics and health
- Operating equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems for landscape installation and maintenance
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, watering, and pruning
- Installing and maintaining hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Assisting with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility
- Conducting routine equipment maintenance and safety checks on tools and machinery
- Supporting tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments
- Engaging in gardening activities including planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery
- Ensuring all work areas are clean, safe, and organized throughout the job site
- Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and hand tools is preferred
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and excavation equipment is a plus
- Ability to operate equipment like excavators or irrigation systems is beneficial
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures when handling machinery and chemicals
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment transportation or site visits
- Willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, hardscape installation, or tree care
