Job Detail
- Perform routine power washing of high-traffic areas.
- Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds through pruning, weeding, mulching, and pest control.
- Inspect, repair, and adjust irrigation systems for efficient water usage.
- Remove leaves, debris, and litter to keep outdoor spaces clean and safe.
- Maintain seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance curb appeal.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers.
- Conduct light maintenance tasks, such as repairing walkways, fences, and outdoor furniture.
- Identify and address landscape issues, including pest infestations and plant diseases.
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement landscaping improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Required Skills/Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in landscaping, maintenance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and best practices for ground care.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and outdoor maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
