Job Detail
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction field
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexible. must be able to travel and work days, nights, and weekends as required to complete projects.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Excellent team player: trustworthy, honest, responsible, reliable, positive attitude, quick learner, believes in always doing their best work.
- Wants to continually grow, improve, and master the craft of epoxy floor installation and shows progression in skillset.
- Experience in epoxy flooring/concrete polishing a plus, but not required
- Bilingual a plus, but not required. (including but not limited to) Full hands-on training will be provided
- Assist Floor Installers and Apprentices with the successful installation of resinous floors and concrete polished floors
- Demonstrate incredible attention to detail and be willing to correct mistakes right away.
- Help team keep work area, warehouse, storage, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and maintained.
- Comfortable using various tools, handheld floor grinders, walk-behind grinders, vacuums, etc. Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18 – $23 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
- Location: Work includes projects located from North Carolina to Northern Richmond.

- Overtime

- Weekends as needed Experience: Construction Industry (2 years minimum) Shift requirements: Day Shift (Preferred)
