Job Detail
  • Starting pay $18–$28+/hour based on real experience (top guys are clearing $80k–$110k+ with OT)
  • Time-and-a-half overtime – we have plenty
  • Paid per diem on every travel job (tax-free cash in your pocket)
  • Company pays 100% of hotel
  • Full benefits: health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays
  • Company vehicles + all equipment provided
  • Monday–Friday schedule (home most weekends)
  • What a normal stretch looks like:
  • Leave Sunday night or Monday morning
  • Work 5–6 days on site (8–12 hr days)
  • Stay in a nice hotel, eat on per diem
  • Head home Friday
  • Average 1–2 weeks away, then home time (50% travel overall)
  • What We Need From You:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record (we check)
  • Reliable – you show up when you say you will
  • Can lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet/knees
  • Experience with epoxy, polished concrete, LVT, VCT, carpet tile is a big plus – but we’ll fully train motivated people who want to move up fast
  • Willing to travel – if you like seeing new places and stacking cash, this is perfect
