$25 – $30 an hour

Job Detail
- Install and replace windows and doors according to project specifications.
- Accurately measure and cut materials for a precise fit.
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation for energy efficiency.
- Attention to details and ability to work cleanly.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation of all installed products.
- Maintain and manage tools and equipment to ensure top performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience, addressing any concerns during installation.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient work to meet company standards.
- Mandatory overnight travel depending on job length (Colorado and California)
- Skills
- Must be able to read basic measurements
- Must be able to determine if a window is square, level and plum
- Must be proficient in using power tools (ie. Drills and saws)
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds
- Experience with window and door installation is a plus
