Salary Detail
$13 – $16 an hour

Job Detail
- Assist with installation of glass, doors, and windows on residential and commercial job sites
- Safely lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs using proper technique and teamwork
- Use basic hand tools and learn to operate power tools under supervision
- Help set up and break down job sites, including ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear
- Support glaziers with measurements, layout, and hardware prep
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Communicate clearly with team members and follow instructions
- Show up on time and ready to work each day
- Participate in trial day and 30-day onboarding period
- ✅ Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs (OSHA standard)
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, utility knife, etc.)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our shop where we start every day at 8:00am
- Self-motivated and dependable
- No experience required—we’ll train the right person
- Experience with windows, doors, or glass is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction
- Interest in learning a skilled trade and growing with the team
- Pay: $13 – $16 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
