- About the Role As a Painter in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced painters and drywall finishers, learning the skills to become a pro. You’ll help prep, paint, and finish residential and commercial projects throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles areas. Key Responsibilities Assist with painting and drywall jobs
- Prep walls and surfaces for paint or finish
- Use ladders and basic tools
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Learn safety protocols and craftsmanship standards Work closely with the crew to support each project
- You’re a Great Fit If You… Are at least 19 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Are dependable and willing to learn
- Are comfortable on ladders and moving throughout the day
- Can lift up to 50 lbs Take pride in showing up on time and doing quality work
