Job Brief
Manor communities is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our maintenance and renovations team.

Job Detail
- Prep interior surfaces (drywall repair, patching, sanding, priming).
- Paint apartment interiors, hallways, common areas, and occasional exterior projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
- Complete painting efficiently to support unit turnovers and renovation schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and renovation team to meet deadlines.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential or commercial painting (apartment turnover painting a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and surface preparation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Must be willing to travel to our properties in the York/Lancaster area.
