Industrial Painter

Position: Industrial Painter

The industrial painter (industrial painting, coating, and surface preparation) is responsible for painting, coating, and surface preparation as well as to assure that all applicable materials meet the customer specifications and achieve superior quality and detail in regards to surface treatment.

$20 – $30 an hour

• Sandblast, clean, fill, and paint industrial machinery and parts as applicable
• Mix a wide variety of paints and hardeners to proper application specifications
• Complete required company paperwork on machine progress
• Maintains and cleans work area (paint booth) to ensure proper operation
• Perform any reasonable request, within qualifications, by Manufacturing Management, necessary for the smooth, efficient operation of the factory and consistent production
• Responsible for the performance of above-mentioned duties with minimum supervision, as required, to the quality and safety standards acceptable by NSH USA Corporation
• Reports to Machining Fabrication Manager

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of mixing a wide variety of paints and hardeners required
• Requires general knowledge of a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Good communication, detail oriented, and self-motivational skills required
• Lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
