Work Highlights is required

• Assist with residential and commercial painting projects
• Complete prep work: sanding, caulking, masking, cleaning, taping, etc.
• Learn painting techniques and best practices
• Support day-to-day operations and materials handling
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Follow company safety procedures
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

• Qualifications
• Required:
• Basic knowledge of painting tools and methods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Able to work inside/outside, sometimes in heat or cold
• Must speak and understand English
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Preferred:
• Previous painting experience (residential or commercial)
• Experience in prep work, trim painting, rolling, or spraying
• Desire for long-term career growth
