Job Detail
- Supervise and lead a crew of metal roofing installers on commercial job sites.
- Oversee installation of standing seam, R-panel, and custom sheet metal roofing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and shop details.
- Coordinate daily work plans with project managers and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure job site compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure proper use and minimal waste.
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy. Requirements 5+ years of commercial metal roofing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in standing seam, exposed fastener, and custom sheet metal systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and roofing best practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in fast-paced environments.
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
