• You like direction as a lead and creating a positive working environment You will be: Providing repairs and maintenance for multiple types of roofing applications
• Managing a service truck and leading an assistant technician
• Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized, clean, and stocked to be productive and hit scheduled goals
• Updating administrative systems to keep the company operating smoothly Skills: Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and desire to grow continuously
• Positive attitude and desire to contribute
• Valid driver’s license AND clean driving record Compensation: $20 – $25 an hour based on experience
