Position: Lead Carpenter Foreman

Lead carpenter – $35–$45/hr (doe)full-time | new shop truck providedwe are looking for an experienced lead carpenter who can work seamlessly with crews and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

$35 – $45 an hour

Employment Experience is required

• Lead and work alongside carpentry crews to complete projects on schedule
• Coordinate daily and weekly tools/materials needs for each job
• Communicate clearly with project managers and crew members
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and a safe jobsite
• Use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment
• Drive and manage a new shop truck assigned to the position
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans, layout, frame, trim, and complete finish work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Compensation:
• $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• Company shop truck
