Job Detail
- A hands-on professional with at least 5 years of experience in carpentry, woodworking, or a related trade.
- Comfortable with CNC machinery, hand tools, and shop fabrication workflows.
- Focused on precision and quality — our work is built to last and held to a high standard.
- Willing to learn. Glulam experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train candidates with a strong foundation in woodworking.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to take pride in your work.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- Responsibilities:
- Sorting and preparing raw timber for fabrication
- Joinery and lamination prep, including planning, cutting, and layout
- Operating the glulam press, setting and monitoring formwork
- Sanding, finishing, and staining structural components to meet high-quality standards
- Assisting with CNC operations, drilling, and specialty cutting as needed
- Prefabrication and packaging of components for shipment and installation
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Reading shop drawings and contributing to quality control at every stage
- Being part of our shop crew, you’ll work across multiple phases of production depending on your experience and skillset!

- Pay: From $30 per hour
- Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
