Job Detail
- Metal wood stud framing (walls, ceilings, soffits, bulkheads)
- Framing door and window openings
- Installing wood/clad/vinyl windows
- Installing interior and exterior doors of all types
- Siding, trim, and soffit removal/installation
- Deck layout and installation
- Stair layout, fabrication, and installation
- Assessing and repairing damaged framing
- Wood fencing installation
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Operating hand tools, power tools, lasers, levels, and more
- Working under deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicating clearly with your supervisor, project manager, customers, and teammates
- Representing Ideal Construction in a professional, positive manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace

- What We’re Looking For
- We’re searching for motivated individuals who:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Can lift/move up to 100 lbs.
- Can climb ladders and work an 8-hour day / 40-hour week (sometimes more)
- Are reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- Work well with others (gossip-free zone!)
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are self-starters who take initiative
- Take pride in cleanliness and jobsite organization
- Want to grow with a company that’s growing, too
