Job Detail
  • Install and repair doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and partitions.
  • Perform framing and finish carpentry for remodels and tenant build-outs.
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and design specifications.
  • Exterior Construction
  • Perform carpentry tasks on siding, decks, porches, roofing details, windows, and exterior framing.
  • Assist with repairs and upgrades to structural components and exterior finishes.
  • Work with project managers to complete residential and commercial exteriors to high-quality standards.
  • General Duties
  • Complete assigned work orders for residential and commercial clients given by Project Manager.
  • Check in and out of jobs using company mobile app (PM will give you this info).
  • Talk with Project Manager for all job info and updates. Contact PM daily with updates when you are d1for the day
  • Document work thoroughly with photos and notes.
  • Maintain safe, clean job sites and ensure professional customer interactions.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
  • Must-Have Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of interior and exterior construction methods and materials are a must!
  • Basic tools is a must (specialty tools provided as needed).
  • Ability to use mobile app for check-in/out and job documentation.
  • Strong attention to quality craftsmanship and detail is a huge must.
  • Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after 60 days).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively without being monitored and with us trusting you, is also a must!
