Job Brief
Job overview we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finish carpenter to join our team.
Salary Detail
$25 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
- Cabinet installation finish work.
- Install doors and fixtures with precision to enhance functionality and design.
- Window installation.
- Execute bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish in partnership with our plumbing company, including planning, execution, and final touches.
- Perform water damage restoration to ensure properties are safe and structurally sound.
- Selective demolition.
- Structurally sound, safe and industry standard framing.
- Sheet rock installation.
- Shower and tub tile prep (jet board).
- Water proofing.
- Finish trim.
- Some concrete and small footings.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Fabricate components as needed for custom installations or repairs.
- Requirements
- Proven professional experience in finish carpentry.
- Proficiency to perform all the listed responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks safely.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

- Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction schematics
- Experience in construction estimating and concrete forming
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver’s license for transportation to job sites
