Job Detail
  • Assemble furniture frames using pre-cut wood components, and production specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and follow shop orders
  • Use power tools (nail guns, staple guns, drills, sanders, routers) safely and effectively.
  • Ensure each frame is square, level, reinforced properly, and meets USA Premium Leather Furniture quality standards.
  • Inspect frames for defects such as loose joints, improper alignment, missing blocking, or structural inconsistencies.
  • Communicate with Spring-Up, Upholstery, and QC teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • Assist with special builds, prototype frames, and continuous improvement projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties to support production as assigned by the Factory Manager.
  • Required Skills Qualifications
  • Experience in furniture frame building, woodworking, or a related hands-on manufacturing trade preferred.
  • Ability to read diagrams, drawings, and style specifications accurately.
  • Strong proficiency with hand and power tools (nail guns, staple guns, routers, drills).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, push, or maneuver up to 50–75 lbs as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Safety-minded, with the ability to follow all factory and equipment guidelines.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior furniture manufacturing experience (especially upholstered furniture).
  • Knowledge of 8-way hand-tied or high-end upholstery construction.
  • Experience with jigs, framing tables, or advanced woodworking tools.
  • Physical Work Environment Requirements
  • Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion for 8–10 hour shifts.
  • Work performed in a woodshop environment (non-climate controlled).
  • Use of PPE: safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, etc.
  • Regular interaction with sawdust, wood materials, adhesives, and power tools.
