Job Detail
  • Perform high-quality installation of building fixtures, fittings, and interior finish components.
  • Execute advanced carpentry tasks including:
  • Hanging, trimming, adjusting, and aligning doors
  • Installing hardware, case, base, and millwork
  • Cabinet installation and alignment
  • Installing, easing, and adjusting window frames and windows
  • Install Hardie, wood, and metal siding systems with precision.
  • Install metal and shingle roofing systems.
  • Install LVP and hardwood flooring to professional standards.
  • Complete detailed tiling work for floors and walls.
  • Skilled Multi-Trade Work
  • Conduct general plumbing using copper, PVC, and PEX.
  • Perform basic electrical installations and adjustments.
  • Hang, tape, patch, and texture drywall to match existing finishes.
  • Complete high-quality interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
  • Modular Field Installation Expertise
  • Perform MEP crossover connections between modular units.
  • Seam and blend interior finish transitions between modules.
  • Install exterior transitions, roofing dry-ins, and weather barriers.
  • Conduct punch-list repairs due to transport, crane set, and handling.
  • Collaborate effectively with inspectors, supervisors, and other trades.
  • Safety, Documentation Quality Leadership
  • Identify hazards, defects, and required repairs to maintain code compliance.
  • Execute work within established time limits and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Follow all organizational and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Contribute positively to team efficiency, mentoring less experienced workers when needed.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven residential or commercial carpentry experience (modular experience highly preferred, but not necessary).
  • Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, siding, drywall, paint, plumbing basics, electrical basics).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in the field and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and field instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools including saws, drills, pneumatic tools, etc.
  • Critical eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Physical ability to work in diverse conditions and lift/move heavy materials.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to travel 50%–75% for field installation projects.
