Job Detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform finish carpentry, framing, and general construction tasks.
- Install flooring, tiles, windows, and doors with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in various stages of home renovations, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on residential remodeling.
- Expertise in framing, finish carpentry, tiling, flooring, and window installation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting materials and working in various conditions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and own tools.
- Salary Benefits: Pay: $28-35/hour, commensurate with experience.
