Job Detail
- Build high-quality decks and outdoor spaces
- Lead and mentor a small crew
- Keep the jobsite safe, organized, and moving forward
- Handle layout, measurements, and problem-solving on site
- Work closely with the owner to plan and execute each project
- Have fun doing work you can be proud of

- Hard Skills / Requirements:
- Can read plans and follow layout with accuracy
- Strong with measurements, levels, and construction math
- Solid tool knowledge — saws, drills, layout tools, etc.
- Real experience in residential construction (framing, carpentry, or similar)
- Can lift materials, work safely, and think ahead on the job
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Show up ready to work and ready to improve

- Compensation Benefits:
- $30/hr starting pay
- 20 days PTO per year
- 9 paid holidays

- Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Start around 7:00–7:30 AM
- Occasional Saturdays only when absolutely necessary
- Most work is outdoors, year-round
- You’ll be home every night
