- What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
- Communicate clearly with customers and team
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized
- Rotate on-call shifts with the team
- What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with commercial cooking equipment or related military experience. 3 + years of experience preferred
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Bonus: EPA Certification, HVAC/R License, CFESA credentials
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
