- WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: Full-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA
- Initial training in Morgantown, WV (90 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh
- Flexible schedule based on client needs and service calls As our Lead HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company-building trust with homeowners, diagnosing heating and cooling issues, and delivering customized solutions with precision. As you arrive at a client’s home, you’ll engage with them to understand their heating and air conditioning needs, provide expert recommendations, and execute top-tier repairs and installations. You’ll also mentor junior technicians, contribute to training initiatives, and work closely with the team to maintain our industry-leading reputation. Whether troubleshooting complex systems, educating homeowners, or collaborating with colleagues, you play a critical role in delivering the absolute best in heating and air conditioning services.
