- DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment.
- Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs.
- Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
- Complete HVAC repairs and replacement to Florida HVAC code standards.
- Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures.
- Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job.
- Maintain an organized, clean vehicle, and work site.

- Must have HVAC service experience.
- Must have a clean, safe driving record. Doesn’t have to be perfect but close.
- Must be honest ethical.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and a true interest to personally improve.
- Must have good hygiene.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS WORKING CONDITIONS
- The positions requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking, standing, for lengthy periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping.
- Equal amount of time spent indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for 1or more hours.
