  • DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment.
  • Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs.
  • Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
  • Complete HVAC repairs and replacement to Florida HVAC code standards.
  • Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures.
  • Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job.
  • Maintain an organized, clean vehicle, and work site.

  • NON-NEGOTIABLES
  • Must have HVAC service experience.
  • Must have a clean, safe driving record. Doesn’t have to be perfect but close.
  • Must be honest ethical.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a true interest to personally improve.
  • Must have good hygiene.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS WORKING CONDITIONS
  • The positions requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking, standing, for lengthy periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping.
  • Equal amount of time spent indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for 1or more hours.
