Qualifications
Master Technician: Up to $40 per hour or more.
Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, options, and pricing.
- Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Keep service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation and/or service experience (preferred)
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Entry-Level/Apprentice: Approximately $17 to $22 per hour.
- Mid-Level/Journeyman: Around $25 to $30 per hour.
- Experienced/Master Technician: Up to $40 per hour or more.
