• WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Handle all callbacks for service and warranty issues for newly installed commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues with controls, wiring, refrigeration circuits, airflow and system performance to resolve installation/startup issues
• Verify installations and correct issues with equipment or BAS integration
• Balance air and water systems. record system performance
• Perform functional checks and limited startup/commissioning support
• Maintain clear documentation using digital service tools and communicate with customers and project/service teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
• WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience with 2-3 years of service background
• Strong understanding of system performance, control wiring, and electrical diagnostics
• EPA Universal Certification
• English language skills (writ10and verbal)
• Successful completion of pre-hire physical, criminal background check and drug test
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record required
