We are a property management company seeking a competent make ready technician for our apartment complex in merritt islands flresponsibilities include to ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market ready status.

$25 – $28 an hour

Career Accomplishments of 4 Years is required

• Main responsibility is insuring unit(s) is ready to lease within assigned time frame.
• Repairs and/or replaces windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, smoke alarms, baseboards, mirrors, closet doors, ceiling fans, mini blinds, faucets, sink plugs, washers and holes in the walls and more.
• Has experience with painting
• At least 4 years of Plumbing, ,Electrical, HVAC experience preferred.
