  • Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems, helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems (ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.)
  • Inspect, clean, and adjust components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Identify worn or faulty parts and communicate repair recommendations to customers
  • Keep homeowners informed and educated on their system’s condition, performance, and energy-saving tips
  • Accurately complete maintenance forms, service records, and customer notes
  • Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle and ensure tools are in working order
  • Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication
  • Qualifications: 1–2 years of residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred
  • EPA 608 Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or elevated areas
  • High school diploma or GED required. technical training is a plus
  • Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, kneel, or climb ladders for extended periods
  • Tolerate heat, cold, and confined spaces during service calls
