Abercrombie construction, llc is hiring an experienced hvac technician/ refrigeration technician to join our growing team.

$25 – $40 an hour

Job Growth and Advancement is required

Diploma or equivalent~ EPA Certification required~ Valid driver’s license with good driving record~ Must have own basic hand tools~ 2+ years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience~ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills~ Ability to work independently~ Reliable transportation to Lebanon, TN~~ Preferred Skills ~~ Experience with commercial HVAC/R systems~ Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics~ Experience with rooftop units, split systems, walk-ins, coolers/freezers~ Strong communication and customer service skills~~ What We Offer~~ $25–$40 per hour depending on experience~ Steady, year-round workload~ Supportive small-team environment~ Direct access to ownership~ Opportunities for growth as the company expands~~ (Health insurance is not currently offered.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and service commercial refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems
• Complete service calls, diagnostics, and equipment repairs
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Provide professional, reliable customer service
• Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must have own basic hand tools
• 2+ years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently
