Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Perform appliance repairs as needed, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ammonia refrigeration systems when applicable.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
- Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus, as it may be required for certain installations or repairs.
- Experience in welding is advantageous for fabrication tasks related to HVAC systems.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving company vehicles between job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
