Job summary we are seeking a dynamic and experienced hvac supervisor to lead our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (hvac) service team.

Salary Detail
$51,213.70 – $79,000.00 a year

Job Detail
  • Supervise daily HVAC service operations, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems
  • Lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians, providing guidance on technical tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • Review schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects and diagnose system issues
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment and property maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
  • Perform mechanical repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment. troubleshoot electrical components within HVAC/R systems
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools needed for service calls. order supplies as necessary to maintain operational readiness
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, system diagnostics, repairs performed, and safety inspections
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company policies. promote a culture of safety among team members
  • Collaborate with clients to assess needs for property maintenance projects involving plumbing, appliance repair, or HVAC upgrades
  • Drive company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites. maintain vehicle logs and perform routine checks
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on HVAC service technician work or mechanical systems repair
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing systems, and appliance repair
  • Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately. familiarity with electrical troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters
  • Mechanical knowledge applicable to equipment repair involving welding or boiler systems. experience with equipment maintenance is highly desirable
  • Field service experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in property maintenance or commercial settings
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. experience operating &lt.PERSON&gt. driver vehicles preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems including refrigeration cycles and ammonia-based cooling solutions
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex system issues
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members. leadership qualities for supervising technicians
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces for extended periods
