Job Detail
- Assist with the operations and maintenance of water source heat pumps, HVAC systems. and other related equipment/systems as directed. Assist other trades personnel and management personnel to maintain reliable utility service and efficient performance. Take equipment readings critical for operations, efficient performance, maintenance history, billing, etc. Compile logs, prepare reports, and enter data/information into computers as necessary. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on various equipment as directed. Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and safety standards, practices, codes. Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or an equivalent is required. Formal training from a trade or vocational school. Up to 2(2) years of relevant professional experience.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Experienced with installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair of HVAC components or systems preferred. Basic computer skills including e-mail and data entry using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with the ability to transport equipment and tools in excess of 300 lbs. Strong verbal, written, computer communication and organization skills. May require travel and flexibility for ‘on call’ support or varied schedule needs. Type 2 or higher EPA certification is required. Ability to review confidential US security information. Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
