Job Detail
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and accessories
- Follow company install standards and quality checklists
- Work alongside a installer or helper depending on job size
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a great customer experience
- Maintain a clean jobsite from start to finish
- What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of HVAC install experience preferred
- Ability to set equipment, run ductwork, braze, purge, pressure test, and charge systems, press tool.
- Furnace and AC installations. boilers and mini splits are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to learn
- Team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time
