Job Brief
Position mission: to lead high-quality residential hvac installations with professionalism, accuracy, and leadership.

Job Detail
- Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
- Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards. Core Competencies: Leadership: Inspires team members by setting a strong example, maintaining high standards, and supporting others in their development.

- Innovation: You stay open to better materials, systems, or workflows that improve installation speed and quality. Qualifications: 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
