Job Detail
- Maintaining commercial cooling package units on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire HVAC units.
- Conducting performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
- Core Experience Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 2+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email. Physical/Work Environment

- Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
- Driving to remote work sites as needed.
- Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations. Compensation: $27-$32 hourly/DOE Per Diem applies to overnight travel only What We Offer
