What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to homeowners. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential homes
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
- Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
