Job Detail
- 5–7 years of experience as an HVAC service/maintenance and install technician
- EPA Universal Certification required (additional HVAC certifications preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Proven experience using trade business management software (e.g Service Titan)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Process oriented. Willing and able to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- What You’ll Do Deliver world-class service and experience for our customers
- Perform installs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency
- Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans
- Communicate clearly with customers their system issues and explain options
- Complete service tickets, reports, and maintain records using company-provided technology
- Uphold safety standards and comply with EPA regulations and industry codes
- Professional appearance and personality: represent the company professionally in the field
