Job Detail
- Install and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units and boilers.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining services performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Experience in construction or field service roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
