- Complete service calls efficiently while troubleshooting electrical issues and educating customers.
- Meet and exceed key performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver professional workmanship with the right tools for every job.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and service vehicle.
- Build strong customer relationships to provide the right products and services and generate referrals.
- Follow Eco’s service system to ensure consistent quality and educate customers on products and services.
- Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and company initiatives.
- What You’ll Bring 2–5 years of proven residential electrical experience with a desire to continually improve your skills.
- Strong understanding of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software.

- Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and scaffolding using proper safety gear.
- Ready to work in all types of weather.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
- Willing and able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, respirators, hi-vis vest, gloves, safety-toe boots, etc.).
