Job Brief
Job summary we are seeking a skilled journeyperson/apprentice electricians to join our team and service the kenai peninsula along with anchorage and the valley areas.

$20 – $48 an hour

Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including wiring, circuit installation, and equipment repairs.
- Conduct tests using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to ensure proper functionality of electrical components.
- Renovate existing electrical systems to improve efficiency or comply with updated codes.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety practices related to electrical work.
- Familiarity with both commercial electrician tasks as well as residential projects is preferred.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate interpretation of technical documents.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting electrical issues.
